I was disappointed in the unprofessional conduct I experienced with Dr Heather Grant. I wasn't sure whether she was listening during the consult because she avoided making eye contact and the surgical interventions she offered seemed pretty extreme. Then, when I began to ask her questions about the treatments, she made an insulting comment and walked out of the room... and simply didn't return. I had a procedure done at this office, I was the last patient of the day. I began walking out and was overwhelmed with nausea and started to lose my vision. I walked back into the office and sat down. I told Dr. Grant and the receptionist what had happened. They both told me I needed to leave because they were closing. There was also no talk of pain management or anesthesia for procedures. I really hope no young women go to her for treatment.

Love this doctor. Love her office. First, there's no harsh overhead fluorescent lighting. Soft music plays in the background of the waiting room. Children have their own separate play area, within the waiting room. Appointment was on time. Doctor was friendly, efficient, welcoming, knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable.
