Dr Heather McDonald’ s professionalism is high standards of medical expertise and practice she is also demonstrates genuine concern and empathy towards her patients, actively listening to their needs and providing care with compassionate attitude. I am very grateful that she is my family physician. In addition, the medical staff are wonderful people at AKA “VIA Verde medical group” now named Emanete Health . Dr McDonald IS THE BEST !
Staff are not friendly especially the one in charge of referrals
She’s just the awesomest Dr!! She is so very good with my 102-year-old mother ,so very patient and thorough..She is also my doctor now ,as well as my daughters’.. and her friends!! She gets 10 ?? from us!!
Every time I go in to see Dr. McDonald she takes the time to listen to my concerns and how I am feeling and adjust what I need based on what I tell her not just what my blood test says. She has worked with me over the past 4 years to get my thyroid back in check and has helped me feel “normal” again.
Dr McDonald is friendly, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I feel that I get great care from her.
The website says Dr. McDonald is accepting new patients. Since my previous doctor retired, and a patient of Dr. McDonald referred her, I gave the office a call. As soon as they found out that I had Medicare and Blue Cross, the attendant says they are not longer taking new patients. Wow. Must be nice. Sounds a little borderline discriminatory to me. Everything was fine until I mentioned Medicare.
Dr. McDonald consistantly treats patients with kindness and concern.
Always very good experience I like her very much.
