Made several attempts to make an appointment with Dr. Branstetter. After being hung up on after being on hold FINALLY reached someone who told me I needed to have a referral. Fine, I had my PCP send over a referral. No call, no NOTHING! I asked my PCP if they had any response and I was advised that my referral was denied. No explanation was given, no calls NOTHING!
