My practice was the first solo practice in the State of Oregon to obtain a Medical Home Certification. This certification designates my practice as a "Patient-Centered Primary Care Home". We are about promoting Health and Wellness. I employ a Certified Nutritionist, Cindy O'Dell, CN that is also our Health and Wellness Co-Ordinator. We try to focus on the patient as a whole and assist them with implementing lifestyle changes that are specific to them and their health management.

I was so humilitated I cried all the way back to my car.still unable to speak of the visit
I am 79 years of age and Dr. Kahn has been my doctor for some 20 years. Having always been active and in good health, she knew something was wrong when I called her after Christmas and said I was feeling poorly and often out of breath. She told me to come in the VERY NEXT day and upon examining me, immediately contacted a cardiac doctor. I was operated on within 2 weeks. DR. KAHN LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE!

She's very comforting and not intimidating as most doctors I've visited. She also listens to what you say very well instead of dismissing concerns.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Kahn to anyone! She has been a fantastic Doctor, has gone above and beyond all expectations! I would like to thank her and her staff for the job they done. I know I'm not easy to deal with when I'm sick, but I have another but praise for these people! Thank you for all the fine work......

After many years of searching, here is a doctor who loves her job, listens attentively, and thinks outside the box! My illness is autoimmune and complex but she has managed to research and get the right drugs to me where the other doctors would throw scripts at me to see what worked. I absolutely admire her and she has earned my respect as someone who excels at her job!
Dr. Kahn is amazing! She really cares for her patients and will pursue every avenue to diagnose and properly treat her clients. I moved away, but would still be seeing her if I lived in Grants Pass. I have a complex medical history and Dr. Kahn partnered with me to get to the bottom of the issue... and always greeted me with a big smile and hug. She is one of a kind!
An incredible experience in total integrative care. Literally saved my life and took the time and effort to get to the bottom of my complex case when many others punted. Best doctor ever.
