Cape Neddick resident here, and in the middle of last snowstorm, our Goodman furnace started to act-up. The smell coming out the exhaust was nauseating, and the furnace itself running dangerously hot. I called Wayne, and left a message; and within an hour, he was on the phone with me and set up an appointment. A few hours later, he texted and said he was nearby coming home from a job and could take a look. I can't say enough good things about Wayne. If I could give him 10 stars out of 5 I would. We have used him since we purchased our house in Maine and had a lot of issues with other hvac guys charging when they couldn't complete the work etc. The list goes on. He has been a stand up reliable honest person to work with for the last 10 years. He does our cleanings has gotten our furnace running multiple times has helped us replace our chimney and he's installed a central air unit.
