Initial visit with Dr. Wiley was OK. Getting the prior authorization for (once a month) meds done since then has been impossible. Initial appointment was March 1. Called April 1 (31 days later) because refill was rejected, spoke to receptionist who said "The prior authorization person isn't in today. I will leave a note and she will check into it when she's back in." Radio silence. I would give Dr Hazel WIley of the Memory Center in Coral Springs a zero if I could. This doctor is horrible and should lose her license to practice medicine. I saw her 3 times in 3 months. She ordered an EEG which I promptly did at Broward hospital and she never read my results. I called countless times and walked in to her clinic and was told by the nurse Natasha and the office manager Milena she never bothered to read the EEG.
