I was referred to this physician by Austin Brain and Spine for possible RA. I guess I will never know by this physician because they do not answer the telephone and after several weeks no one has called to set an appointment. Further, the calls just ring and ring, then go to a voicemail which is full. I am happy that they are so busy that they have no room for new patients. Good for them
We have been a patient of this practice FOREVER!!! The receptionist made a schedule error and in less than 2 hours from appointment they call to reschedule try to push it out just over 2 months!!!!!! How is that patient care first?!?! But if you are late or you cancel you better bet you will get charged! (That has never happened to me but heard it at the window while waiting several times) I really do miss Dr. Alissa the practice just isn’t the same.
This office does not return calls & does not answer their phone. Appointments are not available for months even when the patient is having a flare up. We do not recommend them!
I love how thorough Dr. Alissa is. His staff are all nice too... Edit: Dr Alissa retired. There's another doctor that has taken over his office. The service is not as thorough. Dr Alissa said I had one thing & now I'm being told I don't have it. There's so much only looking at test results, instead of listening to the patient. Dr Alissa didn't put it in the notes. Ok, well explain why I given medication for the problem ? I miss Dr Alissa....
