Went in for a doctor’s note of illness for uni, he basically said I wasn’t sick and the days I needed a note for were not the right ones. Despite not being able to attend for nearly 4 days before the day of appointment.
Dr Hyasat is a wonderful doctor, with a very gentle manner, I always leave his surgery feeling calm.
