I am not happy at all. The Nurse Practitioner is terrible. This is the second time I will be making an appointment with Dr.Habib about the exact same issue to actually be taken seriously and get some real answers. A complete what a waste of time. The Nurse Practitioner is careless, doesn’t actually listen to what you’re saying, and is extremely dismissive of you. Habib really needs to find someone new and hopefully soon.
I used to think Dr. Habib was a good doctor. In fact, I searched a long time for a good doctor and finally found him. Then, I had to leave the KW area for 3 months and they de-rostered me. They haven't taken me back as a patient since, and I've been back in the area for nearly 2 years now. My husband who never sees the doctor? Still a patient. They won't let us switch places on the roster because it's "against ministry rules". I've dealt with nothing but terrible doctors since, including one he recommended who was "nice". I ... read more
Dr Habib has gone above and beyond for me such a great and kind man. He has shown me he would genuinely do anything he can to help his patients. As well, Paul at the front desk is amazing, super helpful and kind.
Dr Habib is wonderful. His nurse practitioner, Eugine is a joke. My son has been coughing for 9 weeks (every 5 mins from 7pm-7am plus daytime coughing) and his daycare is full of RSV, pneumonia and hand food and mouth. I had to beg and plead for her to take me seriously and even then she gave me an inhaler and told me I shouldn’t use it. She’s completely useless and just spits out medical terms to justify why she wont recommend anything other than “supportive care” (aka cool mist humidifier and saline spray).
