Disappointing and shocking: My 75 year old partner Eric was given a diagnosis of A-fib and NPH during 3 days & 2 nights last Christmas, 2019, at YRMC East. The atrial fibrillation was modified, by Eric's great cardiologist, to "persistent;" but the hydrocephalus tests which the neurosurgeon Dr. Harvey Thomas ordered, including the gold standard Cine MRI, came back negative. He did. surgery on me 6 years ago total failure. I hurt more than ever.
Dr Thomas is a amazing surgeon, I’ve had pain in my legs for years, back pain in my spine that left me almost crippled at times... the first day after he performed surgery the pain in my legs is almost gone, no pain in my spine at all... He and his staff are amazing... thank you so much...
