Sadistic! Hurt me badly with no warning, then yelled at me because I screamed in pain and shock. Caused me to be so afraid, I was unable to get the rest of my dental work done for 7 years, by someone else. Charged me almost $700 for a simple extraction because he read the X-ray wrong and said I needed a surgeon, which was not covered by my insurance. Told me I'd get a partial refund, but that never happened. Horrible experience!
