I have been a patient for over 30 years. Dr. Carter has done 4 surgeries for me with excellent outcomes. I have sent several friends to him as well and he has been honest when they would not benefit from surgery. And he has diagnosed uncommon ailments who baffled other doctors. He is an excellent surgeon but his office staff has been subpar in the past. However, that has greatly improved since David has joined the team.
One year ago I had my right cataract removed and developed Iritis. Iritis is an infection in the Iris (colored part of eye). I did not like Dr. Carter's bedside manner. Three weeks later I was supposed to have my left cataract removed. I fell 3 times trying to get in the van provided by Dr. Carter. The driver did not assist me or have a stool.
