Billed incorrectly, very indelicate, and when I wrote him a letter I received a return to sender, address unknown. However he's still listed at the same address at Duke. Nice staff, but very innefficient. I went to Duke for second opinion after referrals were sent (over 100 pages of records from various doctors) and he basically did nothing and sent a bill for almost $700 for a quick office visit which he forgot to get pre-approved even though I called in advance to make sure my insurance had been approved and I was told it ... read more
