When I decided to look elsewhere for help the Doctor,s Office Staff is excusing me of owning $50.00 for a no show visit, they tried this before when which was not true, and still not true I got a call from a Barbara on Saturday 6 /31/18 on, my cell phone with this lie I ask that she not call me again I do not Own Dr. Fernbach any money, I had always called to cancel an appointment if I could not keep them this is being done to harass, and bullied me because I am no longer a patient, and if his staff keeps this kind of behavi... read more
right before i went to meet him i read his reviews and got nervous but I like him, I guess I will give another review after I've been there more but I have nothing bad to say at all. and they tell you up front you have to be on top of your appointments because there is fees
Very patronizing, and not compassionate at all.left feeling worse then I went in,do not go if u want to be listened too ,cut me off alot never finished a sentence
