My family has been going here for years. Recently the front reception staff have completely dropped the ball. My mom had a requisition for blood work and in the “additional comments” sections I noted someone had typed in “hey bitchacho!”. I was confused and went to the office to ask about this. I was never offered an apology. Instead the lady at the front desk said “the person who wrote this meant to write hemoglobin and it must have autocorrected”. Impossible. The worst clinic I’ve ever been to. After dropping her patients, she’s asking new family doctors to pay $40 from our own pocket to transfer patient files? That should be on your clinic. You’re the one who inconvenienced us.
Very accommodating staff. Will get to you as soon as possible. Book earlier in the day if possible because the doctors get backed up very quickly. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait 5-10 minutes after ur appointment time to get out in a room. Been going here for years and they are great
Our son was diagnosed with bells palsy from the clinic and it turned out he has a terminal brain tumor. We called for a doctor's note so that his dad can stay home explained why it was time sensitive as he just started his job and we need to focus on our son and we still do not have it!!! We called the emergency doc Friday he said no problem mon morning called Monday morning and multiple times through out the day and today Tuesday to still be told the doctor that took over for Hartman is to busy and can not get to it yet.
