Initial appt was good doctor was ok. Staff is rude and not clear. They dont call to remind of appointments. Went for blood work and they never said I needed an apt to discuss and its been over a month and no one called. I can see my results and see there is severe issues and again no one called. Received call back today where they said I needed apt and when I asked when they planned to communicate she became rude and hung up and said well if I don't want appt then too bad. I stated that's not what I said and she hung up
My mom went to the ER with breathing problems, I found out later on she had a few mini strokes, and had a mass on her lung, so with her age and other health issues , he offered comfort care because their is not much they can do. He took his time explaining to me what was going on and really put things into perspective. Thank you..for showing compassion and empathy.
