Dr. H. Patel is a Great Doctor. He takes time and listens to you to make sure he addresses everything. I rarely wait over 15 minutes before I am called back. If I do have to wait longer, I know that Patient with him needed more of the Doctors time to give them the kind of quality care that he gives. I am generally in and out within an hour or less. Whoever the lady is that does the answering services past 4PM is egregiously rude. If you’ve had a rough day, that’s understandable. What’s not permissible is speaking over others when they are politely communicating with you. Instead of feeding that energy back to you, I went to shake it off because it felt disgusting. I’ve worked healthcare myself so the technique is worth a shot. Try it, cope, or simply find work in another field because I can only imagine how you handle elders when they call.
Do not go here. I waited for 40 minutes past my appointment time. I’m a busy person and I have limited time in my day. I asked for a refund on my Copay and the manager said, “You’ve only been waiting 40 minutes. We don’t herd people like cattle here.” Because I’m busy with work and meetings I don’t have time to wait 40 minutes to an hour to see a Doctor for a scheduled appointment.
