Let me start by saying Dr. Singh is a wonderful doctor. He is very professional and concerned. The low rating is due to his unprofessional, negligent nurse Tonya Crowley. She is very unprofessional and negligent. I have filed a complaint on her. She would be the only reason I would not return.
It is very difficult to get any response from this office. Multiple messages were left about changing a prescription type to have it filled under my insurance with no call back. Atleast 6 calls were made with voicemail. Absolutely no replies, and its been a week. I still don't have my prescription at this time. When you do get an answer, the staff is very rude and very quick to transfer you to someone who is not currently there, and will never call you back. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
