Greece Retreat 2026 Great 5 days of self reflection. Enjoyed my time at the museum, cave and hike. Love the metaphors between life and the activities. Learned a lot about breaking outside of my comfort zone. Felt safe in my environment physically and emotionally. Had the experience to break out of my shell and tried dancing! I had joint sessions with this guy and a close family member to resolve a conflict. When it came to telling my side of the story, I was told by the good doctor that I was too emotional. He then proceeded to gaslight me into believing that I was the one at fault. He spent much less time asking my side of the story as compared to the family member I was in joint session with and was incredibly biased towards them. What a hack. He should have remained neutral. Stay away.
