A much more positive atmosphere than the 112 office.
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. Before Doctor Harry came in, I was speaking with a staff member who interrupted me several times and seemed to rush through my responses, which left me feeling unheard and somewhat judged. While taking my heart rate, she asked if I was nervous. I mentioned feeling anxious about having my blood drawn, and she laughed, which made me feel even more uncomfortable.
