I have gone here for years, most of the time I have had good experiences but it is always a hastle between putting in claims, waiting for responses and multiple visits to get things done. DO NOT GET A ROOT CANAL HERE. The doctor that they have started a root canal and then told me "ohh next time i may send you to a specialist we will see". I booked an appointment took off from work and the next visit I sat in the chair (she didnt examine me) and said she's going to send me to a specialist. Dr Weisenfeld and front desk are always professional and bring you right in and really no waiting time, hygienist Lisette is great and very thorough with cleanings
Marie is kind and sweet, and above everything, very professional and gentle Dr. Siu is absolutely THE BEST dentist here. He has hands of gold. By far the kindest, most professional and knowledgeable, mild tempered doctor I’ve been around. More than 5 stars if I could.
All staff that I encountered with at this facility were very professional and polite and knowledgeable, and they took their time to explain anything that I did not understand. I would recommend this place to others
