Great experience with root canal. Also, responding to the review about Tina, she was awesome and very sweet. Sounds like someone with a personal issue with Tina to me. The whole staff is amazing.
I had a root canal done by Dr. Bobotis on an abscessed tooth. I had been dreading the procedure-knew it was something I had to have done. He had done a root canal on me 20 years ago. Today my respect for him rose to another level. I had a panic attack. Dr. Bobotis was patient, kind, and compassionate. I apologized to him and he said, "Does it look like I'm upset? He comforted me, telling me I was doing good, explaining procedure and kept me informed of procedure. I would highly recommend him!
I would not recommend this practice. Office Manager Tina is very unprofessional and has very little to no customer service skills. The office is very modern and beautifully decorated, however the office has no voice mail or answering service.
