Our son has had Dr. Lisa Ryan since he was born and she has been great, actually, all the staff have been. I forgot to have his immunization records sent to his school and they had them sent the morning after I notified them. It's always good to know your children are in good hands. Dr. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and all the staff we have met had great bedside manor. We also received a book every time we have been for a checkup. Highly recommended!

I am becoming very frustrated with the customer service and the delays in callbacks. It is completely unacceptable that patients are not being assisted and that responses are not timely. The only reason we continue to stay is because the doctor is exceptional, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff.

Wasn’t able to be seen because we were 10 minutes late to our appointment. Usually have to wait 20 minutes after check in as it is.

My children's Pediatrician was working in Bridgton when my kids were born, and when she transitioned to work with Mercy Pediatrics we followed, and I have to say I've been beyond pleased with their services. They're quick to schedule last minute appointments, good about reminder calls, texts and emails. Every doctor I've met has been great, really listens to you & your child, and just overall a great facility. The quick care in the same building has been a lifesaver for our family too, and has great availability with 8am-8pm... read more
