Dr. Dan and suburban eye specialist are the worse!! Poor customer service and practice skills. Stay far away Or you’ll be sorry! Surprised this place is still in business
Mistook a simple mistake in prescription eyeglasses for actual cataracts. She was going to go through with the operation. Had I not gone to another ophthalmologist for a second and more INFORMED opinion, Dr Dann would have removed perfectly good, natural lenses. Also has a history of a malpractice settlement (look under her medical license verification page. This information is public for a reason) AVOID
Dr. Dann has taken excellent care of my eyes for many years. She is busy which is what a good doc should be. Prepare to read a bit in the waiting area. I highly recommend her
A patient for over 20 years. Absolute professional who takes the time necessary for every patient and gets it right. She spent a great deal of time with me and did the same with my daughter who saw her days later. That's what I want in a doctor. I'd rather wait for a specialist like Dr. Dann, who I know is going to give me her undivided attention and spot-on advice, instead of rushing through a scattered assessment. We're talking eyes, folks. She's meticulous, direct, and no-nonsense. The best.
I agree about the customer service. I called the office tonight at 5.35. Was put on hold for a loooong time. Someone else picks up and asks me what I want. To make an appointment I say. Put on hold another 5 minutes so I hang up. Call right back, get original person. Tell her I still want to make an appointment and she tells me sorry we're closed. Really!! Guess that is the real reason I was put on hold forever. Fine they are in a hurry to get out the door, why didn't they say that from the get go instead of wasting my time.... read more
