Dr. Mermelstein has taken care of me for many years. I have referred many patients to him. I was scheduled for an excision today and I was wrongly scheduled. The Dr. would usually help but now he doesn’t care if you come or go. I was scheduled by the doctor almost two months ago for a removal of a bump on my back. He blamed his assistant. Took my son for first time and Dr did not give him a body scan as suggested on new pt paper work. Just gave a slip for blood work. Would not fill a RX because of a co-pay due which no bill was sent
I had a skin tag removed from m y face,the dr told me to call him for the results of that biopsy I could not get through he sent me a message for a bodyscan fra klt I'm scared when i heard it "could be pre cancerous I hit the criling
Dr Mermelstein is a great doctor very attentive I’ve been seeing him for years.
Dr. Mermelstein is one of our families most trusted and favorite doctors. After the pandemic when we went to make an appointment with him at his Riverdale location, the new doctor office led us to believe that Dr. Mermelstein had retired and they had no idea where he is but that we could make an appointment with them, when in fact Dr. Mermelstein was still at his Scarsdale location (1075 Central Park Ave Scarsdale, NY) busy as ever. So glad we found our favorite doctor again!
