The visit was rushed. The doctor seemed disengaged and even distracted. There were few questions as to my state of health. He seemed to want to keep the cattle line moving. A member of the reception staff was rude. She spoke with great disrespect and little regard for the fact that she was speaking to a patient. One needs to be comfortable with the medical skills, doctor’s interaction and interpersonal skills well as how the support staff conducts themselves. I would not recommend this office.

Showed up at his office for my endoscopy, no one was there. No one ever called. My opinion does unnecessary proceeds multiple endoscopy just for the money.

Dr. Lipsky, and his entire staff, are amazing on multiple levels (I have been a patient for many years). From the point you walk in you are greeted warmly by the people in the front. The nurses are very friendly and truly care about your welfare. Most importantly, Dr. Lipsky truly knows his stuff and has an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend his office.

Dr. Lipsky is a great doctor and I did not have any problems with my procedure. The issues that I did have came from dealing with the in-office billing department for the procedure. I received conflicting information from the office throughout the ordeal and was quickly met with hostility when discussing these problems with the billing staff. Instead of discussing why my procedure was not filed as a screening (as the doctor made it seem), I was quickly greeted with a condescending attitude.

Dr. Lipsky has been successfully treating me for IBS-C. He is professional, knowledgeable and honest. He is attentive and takes time to answer all questions. I trust him completely.
