Everything regarding the colonoscopy procedure itself was excellent. My complaint concerns the way claims are handled at the office. My procedure was preventive, which means my health insurance covers 100% of the cost. However, I was charged a $250 deductible, which I was told would be refunded as soon as they received the payments. A month and a half has passed, and according to the information I have been given, the billing department has not yet processed the claim with the insurance company. What a fabulous Office and Doctor. I was taken on time for my appointment. The front office staff is so kind and courteous. It was wonderful. The office is extremely neat and clean and organized. Dr Rosen‘s beautiful soul radiates through his skin. He was so kind, compassionate and caring. Answered all of my questions gave me his opinion and was so helpful. I’m just so appreciative. This was my first appointment and I am so grateful to have such a fabulous doctor. God bless you and your staff.
Dr. Rosen has been my GI Dr. for over 20 yrs, taking care of my colitis and general well-being. While being soft-spoken & reserved he is very caring and proactive in his approach. He has never disappointed me. If you're looking for medical knowledge, years of experience and a caring physician he's your man.
Dr. Rosen is definitely a man of few words, but in my opinion, he’s very knowledgeable. I was admitted to the hospital, (West Boca), where they told me nothing was wrong with me. Turns out that my pancreas isn’t working the way that it should and I have a hernia. I am doing better now based on the care that Dr. Rosen has provided.
