Exceptional care looking after my 3 year old son adenoid tonsillectomy
!!!Garbage Service!!! After 2 consultations and waiting for over a year for surgery and having booked flights and accommodation for post surgery. Dr Harlock cancelled my appointment without my consent. Days later sends me an email. When I finally got back in touch with them to continue with my surgery, they agreed but requested I need to go in for another consultation and changed my surgery date which put me thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses. The fact that you need to rate 1 star is still too much. I’d not give this Dr a rating at all he’s so UNPROFESSIONAL and he and his receptionists cannot do their job. They can’t even get the dates right for a procedure then hangs up on you when you try to explain to them what dates and time I was given Don’t use him.

Very poor customer service ! I booked an appointment two months in advance because I work away Monday to Thursday and John Harlock is unavailable on Fridays. Prior to making my booking I received a missed call saying that they would destroy my referral if I didn’t call back by a certain day (saved voicemail). The day of my appointment I turned up and was informed that I did not have a booking and it was cancelled the day after I confirmed my booking via phone.
