Dr John Harlock - ENT preformed my daughter surgery after she was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and has been nothing short of amazing making the whole process possible within weeks of diagnosis allowing my daughter to breathe freely, he has been outstanding throughout the whole process even contacting me on a weekend in his personal time to address my concerns about her recovery process.
Dr Harlock is a very good Dr and Surgeon. My consults with him were pragmatic and succint. He discussed all options frankly (can vs should) and never pushed for any extensive surgeries. There were no complications and recovery was smooth. I had a nasal endoscopy recently (about 3 years after my procedure), and the dr performing it said I'd had a 'beautiful sinus sugery'. Exceptional care looking after my 3 year old son adenoid tonsillectomy
!!!Garbage Service!!! After 2 consultations and waiting for over a year for surgery and having booked flights and accommodation for post surgery. Dr Harlock cancelled my appointment without my consent. Days later sends me an email. When I finally got back in touch with them to continue with my surgery, they agreed but requested I need to go in for another consultation and changed my surgery date which put me thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses. The fact that you need to rate 1 star is still too much. I’d not give this Dr a rating at all he’s so UNPROFESSIONAL and he and his receptionists cannot do their job. They can’t even get the dates right for a procedure then hangs up on you when you try to explain to them what dates and time I was given Don’t use him.
