Dr. Anderson is a very knowledgeable and personable doctor who can always get to the root of a medical problem. I always feels like she takes my issues seriously. I’m looking forward to being seen in her new office in May.
If you have young kids, I strongly recommend another office for an allergist. I can confirm other reviews of this office. It’s so disorganized. They never answer the phone. They schedule appointments out months in advance, only to claim that appointment was not scheduled right after taking our daughter out of daycare and taking half a day off. Wasting all of our time. Dr Anderson is the very best Dr I’ve ever had to control my allergies and asthma. She did not give up until I was completely controlled and maintained. She always takes time to explain, and has treated me like one of her family. I highly recommend her!
If I could give zero stars I would. The office staff is the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered at a doctors office. I brought my two year old in and they told us the wrong amount of medication to give her. EXTREMELY SCARY!!!!!! I am sitting here after being laughed at and yelled at by Dr. Anderson’s staff. I had my two year old baby in my arms as they treated me aweful. Dr. Anderson would not come out to clarify the amount of medicine I should be giving her. She even wrote it down on a plan form . The doctor is very nice to work with but her office staff is the most unprofessional I’ve encountered. The office didn’t add insurance info during our first visit and called the morning of a follow up appointment to inform me that they don’t have insurance info. I gave my insurance info and all appeared fine. I then received a call less than an hour before the appointment that it will take them 1-2 days to verify insurance so they had to cancel the appointment. I have excellent BCBS PPO insurance.
