Went to establish care today, wasn’t the least bit impressed. Olga at the front desk was completely unprofessional. Dr. Bellum has absolutely ZERO bedside manner and was disrespectfully dismissive of my concerns. Everyone seemed to be miserable or they truly just don’t care. Disappointed and complete waste of time. I really hope they were all just having a really crappy work day and this is not how they operate on a daily basis.
Staff at front desk need training in people’s skills, so rude and arrogant.
Been seeing her for years and appreciate the care that is given each time! The nurses are great!
Dr Bellam treats me for RA and is very through and completely knowledgeable. She listens, asks the right questions, and takes the time to explain lab results, symptoms, and recommended treatments. I have experienced long wait times on occasion but have never felt like my appointment was being rushed or that her expertise wasn't worth the wait. I would highly recommend Dr. Bellam to anyone seeking treatment for Rheumatoid arthritis.
Was referred to Dr Bellam by my PCP because I consistently have a positive ANA and was diagnosed with lupus by 2 other Rheumatologist but Dr Bellam says no autoimmune disease but cant give me an explanation on what exactly i do have. Her bedside manners need improvement she walks in the room and looks at you and gives you a dry "hey" and her listening skills are non existent.
