Deciding to go thru with this procedure has definitely changed my life for the better. Before losing about 100 pounds post surgery , the adjustment was a bit rough. I was extremely nervous having this surgery done, but my life was out of control. My heart, health and weight were making me feel like I was a ticking time bomb. Dr K reassured me that many of my problems, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, cholesterol and a portending stroke or heart failure would be avoided by having this done. I had surgery with Dr. Kakkilaya in Feb of this year, from start to finish my experience was great, the office is organized, efficient and caring.
