Working with this doctor's office is infuriating from a billing perspective. We've gone through 2 years of them making us pay upfront because at the time of the appointment, our deductible wasn't met. However, then they don't submit the bill to the insurance for months. The insurance then pays part of the bill meaning I overpaid because I've met my deductible by the time they file the claim. Getting a refund from them is a nightmare. Positive outcome and very attentive doctor. I love Dr J. She got me on the right track for my diabetes and thyroid. Great bedside manner. I recommend her highly! Denise Johnson
The front desk staff show know empathy. It takes several days to return phone calls if they call you back at all. Dr.Jalagani is great, but they need to get a whole crew to work up front.
