Dr. J is wonderful, her office staff is horrific. Unorganized, rude, & can't be bothered to do their job. Be prepared to be treated like a nuisance for calling & you will be calling a lot because they mess everything up.
Though I’ve been seeing Dr. Jalagani for almost two years and she’s treating my diabetes/thyroid issues I feel like she’s not the nicest or listens to me and my feelings. She keeps pushing me (every visit) to change from Dexcom which I’m comfortable using. She has called me personally twice with questions that could have waited for my next visit. I’ve had to call several times for refills between visits that I feel should have been taken care of without needed me to ask for refills. Most of my visits I’ve had to wait awhile ... read more
Working with this doctor's office is infuriating from a billing perspective. We've gone through 2 years of them making us pay upfront because at the time of the appointment, our deductible wasn't met. However, then they don't submit the bill to the insurance for months. The insurance then pays part of the bill meaning I overpaid because I've met my deductible by the time they file the claim. Getting a refund from them is a nightmare. The only way they have to refund is for the doctor to bring a personal check into the office... read more
