excellent doctor. staff was friendly. doctor answered all my questions and reviewed all my stuff. I wound recommend Dr. Shah to my family and friends.
I contacted the office because I was experiencing symptoms of diabetes. Dr. Shah asked me if I wanted to be put on Metformin without explaining to me what it was or requesting any blood work to confirm whether or not I had diabetes. He then informed me if I lost 20-30 lbs my symptoms would just go away. He did not take my concerns seriously.
I was lied on by phone nurses. Dr. Shah and I had a great paitient/ Physician relationship where he managed my heath unlike any other doctor but he alowed a phone nurse to lie on me without consulting me to find out what was exactly said. Unable to give nevative ratings or I surely would. Very hurt and upset over this.
I have NEVER been so pleased with a PCP. When Dr. Shah left the North Clinton office, I was very dissappointed because Dr. Shah takes the time to listen to his patients. His nurses are always so polite and well mannered when you are in the office. Dr. Shah's complete office personnel goes out of their way to help you in every way possible, whether it is getting a referral to a specialist down to getting a copy of me3dical record.
