The staff is always kind and helpful. They try to let me know how long my wait may be. The attending physician, in this case Wesley Yeung, is always informative, genial, and patient. He understands the power of pain and is always trying to help me to overcome that pain. He patiently explained how knee surgery would be carried out if I decided to have knee surgery.
Very personable. And knowledgeable. Good bedside manner is explains everything.

The end-to-end experience with Dr. Elrashidy and his team is five stars without any rating inflation. From the diagnosis (torn meniscus) to what to expect post surgery to post surgery to rehab, everything was perfectly aligned from a scheduling standpoint and attention to my questions/needs. My knee feels great. Dr. Elrashidy ensured me this specific surgery (remove ~ 5% of the medial meniscus) with no root damage would be trivial to execute and the recovery would get me back to my old ways. Great experience!
