Friendly, take the time to answer any questions. Pretty excellent at relaying information to proper channels.
The staff is always kind and helpful. They try to let me know how long my wait may be. The attending physician, in this case Wesley Yeung, is always informative, genial, and patient. He understands the power of pain and is always trying to help me to overcome that pain. He patiently explained how knee surgery would be carried out if I decided to have knee surgery.
Very personable. And knowledgeable. Good bedside manner is explains everything.
Painless PRP/HA injections in both knees. I'm waiting for the impact and results, knowing that it takes some time.
