Absolutely horrible staff w dr bhandari. They are rude and disrespectful. He's such a nice dr he needs to clean house and get new front staff. Absolutely appalled.
This is the most disorganized, disrespectful, self serving group I have ever come in contact with. During my time at this office I felt I had to question everything because they did not seem like they really knew what they were really doing. With that being said, today that all came to a head when I called to talk to the office manager Vanessa to coordinate my own care and see if I could get notes sent to one Dr office for one service her office ordered and the same for another order. Just left this doctors office. I've never written a review before but this was such a bad experience that I had to warn others. The staff is extremely unprofessional. It almost seems as if they are trying to run off the patients. After over an hour of frustration, I left their office. They charged me $50 even though my insurance plan, that they accept, says $0 copay. I hope the Dr. Bhandari is not aware of how his staff treats patients.
Is the phone line not working??? I keep calling to schedule an appointment and no one will answer. We’ve been calling since last Thursday!!!
So incompetent that my one-eyed cat could run this entire office while high on catnip better than them. I was put on a medication and eventually needed an increase; the pharmacy faxed and called this office repeatedly, and then my account with the pharmacy was “closed due to inactivity” because the doctor did not respond to the pharmacy.
