Dr Hanson is the best ENT around. Kind, caring and knowledge is through the roof. Can't recommend him enough to anyone who needs an ENT.

Dr Hanson was nice enough; a little eccentric, but he got me into his office quite quickly after a referral from STEGH. He referred me on to the ENT at UH, who also saw me very quickly. My complaint is with the desk ladies. I called to ask if an MRI had been put through, like it had been mentioned to me, and the lady on the phone was NOT helpful and the attitude was not needed. It took a solid year to get an appointment from my Drs. referral while in the mean time suffering with tinnitus. Had my appointment and explained my condition and that it was a result of nihl. Prescribed over the counter serotonin and mentioned that there was a therapy available in Toronto. He agreed to forward his report to WSIB as this is indeed a work related injury and recorded my claim number. That was Oct 2024.
