I like Dr.Hanson But the secretaries are the worst. I have been trying to call them for months. Nobody ever picks up!
He is being sued for criminal negligence and malpractices, highly untrustworthy, poor communication and misdiagnosis and lies license will be stripped soon. Refuses to take voicemails, return voicemails, lost my file for over a year, admitted by staff in which I have on recording then refused to do a promised surgery in a sufficient time matter after failure to take proper care and due diligence in his field to check other problem areas client has mentioned on numerous visits. Been cancelled 3 times without explanation. Lost confidence. Will have my doctor redirect. Sad really.
This was the best experience I have had with a specialist in years. The front-desk staff were pleasant, understanding, and wonderful with children. Dr. Hansen was also exceptional. He took the time to clearly explain the recommended procedures for my daughter’s ear and nose concerns and made sure we had the opportunity to ask questions. Too often, appointments feel rushed, but he was patient, knowledgeable, caring, and clearly committed to his patients.
