A communication problem. No-one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message.
It took a solid year to get an appointment from my Drs. referral while in the mean time suffering with tinnitus. Had my appointment and explained my condition and that it was a result of nihl. Prescribed over the counter serotonin and mentioned that there was a therapy available in Toronto. He agreed to forward his report to WSIB as this is indeed a work related injury and recorded my claim number. That was Oct 2024.
