Very kind. Took time to explain my situation and answer questions. Staff was friendly.
Such poor service I have been suffering for over 3 years from a broken nose he was suspota refer me to some dr in Toronto waited a year for them to say they are sending me to London and well that was back in August of 25 and still waiting the receptionist just keeps saying we have not sent it off he has not done the notes in the file so it took them over a year just to send off the referral for the other dr. They either need to hire more staff or get there act together
Dr Hanson is the best ENT around. Kind, caring and knowledge is through the roof. Can't recommend him enough to anyone who needs an ENT.
Dr Hanson was nice enough; a little eccentric, but he got me into his office quite quickly after a referral from STEGH. He referred me on to the ENT at UH, who also saw me very quickly. My complaint is with the desk ladies. I called to ask if an MRI had been put through, like it had been mentioned to me, and the lady on the phone was NOT helpful and the attitude was not needed.
