The doctor is competent, but the office staff is quite unresponsive. I had to call multiple times due to side effects from one of the prescribed medications, but I never got to speak with the doctor. He also didn't return my calls despite leaving several messages with his staff. The only option available was to schedule an appointment at least a week in advance.
