Dr Hans Goossen has such a natural, genuine and calming presence. From the first time I met him in emergency, through my procedures and afterwards, he has always been professional, kind, empathetic and reassuring. Just before my first procedure, I was extremely upset and in a lot of pain when my insurance suddenly caused issues and said my condition was pre-existing when it wasn’t. As a doctor myself who was a patient of Dr. Goossen, I personally recommend Dr. Goossen for anyone in the Brisbane area who suffer from urological conditions. He explained all possible treatment options for my medical condition, and offerred a non-biased approach whilst empowering me to decide which treatment option I preferred. Doctor Hans has been looking after me for over 1 year now , he’s been very thorough and outstanding with my ongoing injury which very complex . He’s extremely good surgeon . Doctor Hans has been brilliant and extremely supportive. Honestly I would recommend him highly as a urologist.
