Dr North was so wonderful with both my boys. One had grommets and the other was assessed for adenoid and tonsillectomy but we decided to take a different route first. Dr North was so great with him though he’s a very nervous patient but she was fantastic with him.
Dr North and Michelle (her secretary) were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating for our family. They were both very personable and made our toddler feel special throughout the process. One of the best levels of service from a specialist. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend Dr North as a paediatric ENT! We had a wonderful overall experience with our initial consultation, right through to surgery and aftercare. Michele, Dr North's Secretary, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with on all occasions. So glad we made the decision to see Dr North instead of waiting many more months to see other recommended ENT's!
I have referred Dr Hannah to lots of friends. I couldn’t be happier with her level of service. Her & her staff go above beyond ! They truly care about the kids so much. My daughter had tonsils & adenoids out, she had hardly any pain surgery. We felt so well taken care of by Dr North. I absolutely cannot recommend enough ! Thanks again Dr North
Found my issue. Will now be having brain surgery next week. Completely fobbed me off and encouraged me to get hearing aids which I don’t need. She was not interested in helping me. Glad I sought someone with more expertise elsewhere.
