Would have loved to come here - it's super convenient for me and Parelli has a great reputation. Unfortunately I called twice to make an appointment and both times was on hold 15+ minutes before I hung up. Tried to make an appointment online but never got a confirmation.
Dr. Hannah Edward was the best. Wish I could get a exam everyday.
Dr. Edward was extremely considerate and thorough and pleasant. My appointment was on time and not rushed. Dr. Edward listened to my concerns and it was a very nice experience considering the unpleasant status of my vision.
Dr. Edwards was wonderful. She takes her exam during the examination and to explain findings. She was kind and followed all the COVID precautions and protocols. The rest of the staff was also really nice, welcoming and helpful.
