Great place. My cat has been very well taken care of due to the knowledge and care of the people here. Another nice thing is that the prices there arent bullshit. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because it could benefit from being a bit bigger, having more staff so that its easier get visits going. Love this place.
I have been taking my cats here for multiple years and have always trusted the vets completely. That is until now. My 2 cats had exams this month. I had told them my concerns and they said they would be doing the exams in the back. The vet came in and said that everything was perfect and that the inflammation I had been seeing was not there. Just took my pet here for the first time. Really great vet tech that worked with me to bring the price down by offering first time visitor coupons, etc. Quick appointment that was on time.
Stay away!! Scammers! Make you give a deposit for an appointment. Gave the deposit and then they contact me that the Vet isn’t available that day. So, I make a new appointment. Something happened in my life and I couldn’t keep the appointment. Fast forward a year later and they want another deposit to see my dog. They refuse to use the money they have already collected from me to book another appointment. This tells me they don’t care about animals. They only care about money!!
I took my puppy in to get spayed and she was in great hands the staff and everyone was so nice and friendly and they took wonderful care of my fur baby
