Had some issues with Doctor Bacon and his office staff. I was his patient for about 2 years and all of a sudden they started to be very unprofessional. I imagine it's because they are understaffed due to Covid-19. However, if this is the case it does not make the behavior acceptable.
Dr. Bacon was our doctor while he was in Rhinebeck. Our Primary Care doctor had retired and Dr. Bacon was recommended. We met with him twice then covid hit and he left for Hudson. I was very impressed with him and we had any test results over the past 2 years sent to him in Hudson. I wanted a physical and was willing to drive up to Hudson. Switch from a Nurse Practitioner and so glad I did he's very thorough, pleasant and listen to his patients and the receptionist are also professional .
