Dr. Safah and her staff are so friendly. Dr Safah is willing to sit down and listen to what is going on and makes sure you are taken care of.
Dr. Safah has been an amazing doctor for me. She is confident when making decisions on treatment options. The office might have issues with communication sometimes, but I have never had any problems. She's the reason I don't need blood transfusions anymore. I live on the MS coast and she/her office found a way to deliver my treatment from Tulane to my house, since Memorial Hospital wasn't able to get the drug there.
If Dr. Safah is your multiple myeloma physician or if you are considering her as a potential Doctor, you may want to reconsider your decision. Apparently she is too busy to return phone calls, which leads me to believe that she either lacks compassion or is just too busy to engage with her patients that have cancer.
