My son had an appointment today at St. Michaels hospital with Dr. Shaaban. As I pulled in the parking lot the nicest security guard told me where I had to go, to the front desk being so informative and no wait. When we met with Dr. Shaaban he was kind, patient and had a great bedside manner and put my worries to rest, explaining and answered all our questions even the medical assistant who did blood work on my son made him feel comfortable. I highly would recommend Dr. Shaaban and St. Michael Hospital!
Dr Shaaban has seen my daughter several times for what we believe is Long Covid blood clotting. Dr. Shaaban is not a covid specialist but he has worked with us to try to ensure her safety during this period of diagnosis. He is kind, patient, humble, and willing to discuss and learn about something new. He has been supportive. He may not have all of our answers but he is trying to support her in a highly professional way.
