This is for officer staff. The doctor is knowledgeable and professional, but unfortunately the office staff is very disappointing. They are often difficult to reach, not very helpful, and communication is poor. A good medical office should have staff that treats patients with respect and responds in a timely manner. I hope the office management addresses this issue otherwise I have to find another doctor which some of the patients I’ve known for over a month they left because of the staff.
