Receptionist was loudly taking personal phone calls talking about vulgar and unnecessary things where the entire waiting room could hear. I do not need my small nephew listening to her and her unprofessional and inappropriate stories and conversations while waiting to see the doctor. I feel so bad for the other people who were also clearly uncomfortable due to her volume and subject matter she was talking about.
