Purchased my own medical records. 95% is illegible. Waste of money. Asked them to transcribe ONE paragraph (2-3 sentences) and was told to ask my next doctor to then ask them to transcribe it. It’s MY medical records. Whoever my next doctor is has no more of a right to the information than myself. Cannot believe that after 15 years I still have the worst experience with them. Will delete or update my review once they actually send me what the paragraph says.
