Since reading other bad reviews of this doctor, it appears this is his MO. Because I asked questions about treatment, which IMO were very reasonable basic questions, he became very uncomfortable and decided not to treat me. It is natural for a patient to ask questions but he is very vehemently against this in his patients. He clearly has a policy of only treating people who will stay quiet. It’s bizarre. My experience with Dr. Bashien was amazing. I was nervous about my visit... which seems reasonable given that it's a urology appointment but between his office staff, his demeanor, and his quick moves in ordering labs and ultrasound - i was very much put at ease. For me the most important thing was that i didn't feel rushed...i was able to ask all of my questions. In fact, he said i couldn't leave without asking questions. That is a big deal and i was grateful for it.
Very good doctor very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner.
