I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE OR DOCTOR AGAIN. I have been going to this office for years and it has always been an issue every time. I liked the location because it was close to work. From sitting in the waiting room forever to miscommunication within the office about my information. Today I was 5 mins late and stood at the counter while waiting for someone else to be helped. Hakima Bouhouch is the worst and unprofessional medical professional I have ever visited. based on my recent experiences with her involving my father's care. Throughout our interactions, I found her behavior bureaucratic and nasty. She frequently asked the same questions without patiently awaiting our responses, which made communication very challenging. Additionally, it seemed that she wasn't attentive to our concerns and left us feeling belittled. I would rate her service as 1 and complete unsatisfactory.
Doctor Bouhouch is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend… , she wasn’t only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Thank you so much for your exceptional care, I’m so glad I found you!
