Booked an appt for my boyfriend & paid in advance but the salon was closed when we got there, we weren’t told it was cancelled or anything. We tried calling & texting but no one got back to us even now a full day later… we left after 30 minutes of no one showing up. Terrible customer service if I could give them 0 stars I would.

Jimmy does an amazing job retwisting my locs! The shop is friendly and welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Jimmy did so well. My daughter was in a rush for prom, and we needed her hair done at the last minute. Her hair is thick and hard to manage, and he did great job with our little time. His name suits him, truly the doctor of loc’s.
